We had an amazing trip!!! There is lots of splashy water and whitewater fun to be had here in BC.
At the put-in of the Stikine we happened upon one of Europe's whitewater legends Felix Laemmler. This man is next level, he is 49, packs lighter, and runs bigger whitewater than anyone I know. It was amazing to see this man run the whole river and not think twice about it. The legends our true it tell you, true. So, true that we just got a message that he just finished his one day solo of the Stikine, legend.
We have been hanging around Telegraph Creek with a wonderful couple John and Jenny. They opened up their home to us, fed us, and gave us an amazing place to rest our heads. We can't thank them enough for their hospitality. What a wonderful home and life they have here in the depths of BC.
